Returns and Refunds
- Refund requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be process within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in return for exchange for another product. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method.
- Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval from you bank.
- Red Goat value will process your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items, or for items that are marked Final Sale.
- It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to the addressprovided to you from Red Goat value with tracking confirmation for your return postage.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if
-The item(s) have been worn out or washed
-The item(s) have been altered
-The item(s) are in any way defective from the original condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
- You have 30 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Red Goat value
- If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship you your order. For defective item's, there is no need to return the item. For items which are the wrong size or totally the wrong item, please send us an email and we shall provide you with an address as to where to send the item. Once we receive a scanned confirmation that you have posted us the item back to us, we will re-ship a new item to you immediately. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed and unused items with email confirmation-we cannot exchange or refund without it.
- Please write in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.
- Contact us at email@example.com for a return mailing address.
- For faster processing please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package.
